By accessing and using Cyberextent's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Cyberextent provides cybersecurity solutions including but not limited to monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and security consulting services ("Services").
Our service level agreements vary by subscription tier. Detailed service levels and response times are specified in your service agreement.
Services are billed according to the selected subscription plan. Payments are due in advance of the service period. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and security-related data in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws.
All intellectual property rights in the Services remain the property of Cyberextent. No transfer of ownership is intended by this Agreement.
Cyberextent's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the Services during the twelve months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with or without notice.
Either party may terminate the Services with written notice according to the terms specified in the service agreement.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
